TRANSIENT SERIES
About: New work, different direction. Not so new everything else.
After working from home for the last year and a few years making art with acrylics. I am cycling back around to the oils and mixed media of earlier days.
It isn't easy (for me) to work in a new space, taking up where I left off as if nothing had changed. Now that I am back in my studio with time to myself, able to focus on the direction of my work going forward.
Several of these canvases I am now working on are from years back. Stopped in mid (whatever) and put aside. From my studio in the city, to my make-shift home space to where I am now. About five or six years worth of moving around.
